What counts as a published app?
An app that has been deployed and not deleted — it has a URL on your tenant. Redeploys, drafts, and version history don't add to the count; three apps means three tools your team can open, however many times you update them.
What happens when we hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Every app that's already running keeps running, viewers keep their access, and the audit trail keeps recording. The only thing a limit stops is deploying an additional new app — you'll see an upgrade prompt instead, in the dashboard or right in Claude Code.
Do app users or viewers cost anything?
No. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited app users. There are no builder seats either — your team builds with Claude, so charging per builder would tax the thing Forigi exists to encourage. The price is flat per workspace.
How does this relate to our Microsoft licensing?
Forigi is licensed separately and needs nothing beyond the Microsoft 365 your people already sign in with. There are no premium-connector fees and no per-user-per-app charges: apps read SharePoint and OneDrive as the signed-in viewer under your existing M365 permissions.
Where does our data live?
Behind your identity boundary. Every app sits behind your Microsoft Entra ID SSO; SharePoint and OneDrive reads run as the signed-in viewer, so existing permissions decide what each person sees; and each app writes only to its own isolated database. Enterprise plans can run the entire platform in your own Azure subscription or on-prem.
Is there a trial of Team?
Free is the trial — it's the same platform with the same governance, just fewer apps. If you're evaluating Team features like scheduled jobs for a pilot, ask and we'll switch them on for the evaluation period.
